Simple Review- Criminally wasted cast

There are times when a movie sneaks up on you and you watch the trailer with a surprised excitement. Widows is one such film. I had not heard of this movie until I watched the trailer and I was hooked immediately. How can a film directed by an Oscar winner with a cast of phenomenal actors possibly disappoint? So naturally, with Widows being released this weekend I instantly knew which film I would review! So, you may ask, did Widows steal my affection or simply pick my pocket causing me to have to call a customer service line at the bank to cancel all of my cards wasting my time and causing my blood pressure to boil? Movie Review: Bad Times at the El Royale

Simple Review: A naughty night at a cheap hotel? Count me in!!

The past few weeks have been a challenge to us movie lovers. No, that is putting it mildly, it has been a wave of bad to mediocre movies eroding the sands of quality cinema. Fear not my steadfast reader, we finally have a film that rises above the pack to genuinely entertain us. Writer/Director Drew Goddard brings us his take on film noir with a style that would make Tarantino proud in Bad Times at the El Royale. You can tell I enjoyed this movie, but bring your cash to the front desk anyway and let’s rent a room so I can wow you with my big review.
